Empty Laws

In collaboration with the New England Anti-Vivisection Society, We Animals produced a series of short films about animal testing and its emerging alternatives in the 21st century. This first film of the series, Empty Laws, was created as a visual accompaniment to a USDA petition urging regulators to enforce the long-ignored psychological wellbeing laws mandated by the Animal Welfare Act.
